  • No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

  • We assist with documentation but are not responsible for delays or rejections by government authorities.

4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Your travel package will clearly mention what is included and excluded, such as:

5. Health & Safety

  • Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for travel.

  • We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or health issues during the trip.

6. Limitation of Liability

Terrasoul Tour & Agency acts as a facilitator between the traveler and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, guides, etc.).
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Cancellations

  • Lost baggage

  • Service interruptions caused by third parties
